A modern addition to an already well presented property, this new conservatory was a textbook Leka System installation.
Following preparation of the new base and dwarf wall, the frames and roof structure were assembled and complete after the first day of the project. As work continued subsequent days waterproofing and finishing the exterior, the interior walls and ceiling were plastered and new spotlights and electric points fitted. As a final touch the existing patio doors were brought forward into the new space to give a cleaner appearance and finish.
The owners had desired a room they could use all year that extended into their pretty garden and were very pleased with the result.
